What shipping address should I give?
We strongly recommend giving a business name and address if you are not home all the time as delivery times can sometimes be unpredictable. USA alcohol laws stipulate that an adult over the age of 21 must sign for alcohol deliveries.

After My Order Has Been Dispatched
How will I know when my wines are coming?
We will send you a tracking number to the email address provided. We will contact you if your chosen shipping method needs to be upgraded to accommodate weather conditions.
Customize my shipment with UPS MyChoice
Sign up for UPS MyChoice to receive delivery alerts via text, phone or email, retrieve an approximate delivery time, hold for Will Call at a UPS Store or reschedule your delivery for another time.
Changing my delivery address
There is a charge for address corrections once your order has shipped, so please let us know as soon as possible if there are any changes.
What happens if nobody is there to accept delivery?
The shipping carrier will try 3 times before the wine is returned to us, where you will be charged for both the return shipping and for re-shipment. You have the option to ship to a UPS facility close to your shipping address if an adult over the age of 21 is not available to sign for your wines during business hours. Saturday deliveries are also available at an extra charge.
During the warm summer months, it would be ideal if you are able to accept the wines at the first attempt to avoid heat damage.
